At Felt AI (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”), your privacy is of paramount importance. Felt is an AI‑powered travel concierge platform designed to build personalized travel experiences based on emotional moods and traveler preferences.

  • Bot Protection Integrity: Cloudflare Turnstile telemetry to prevent spam and verify human presence on forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information to achieve our legitimate business interests, fulfill legal obligations, and satisfy contractual agreements, including to:

  • Construct custom travel itineraries and trip briefs.
  • Calibrate and maintain your personal Feeling Fingerprint travel profile.
  • Deliver the Service, manage accounts, and process Stripe subscription invoices.
  • Analyze platform engagement (using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics) to identify roadblocks.
  • Verify Turnstile integrity and prevent promo abuse on exit-intent discount codes.

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data with trusted partners and third parties in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payment gateway), Resend (email), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Affiliate Travel Providers: Third-party affiliate links (Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com) to complete bookings independently. No raw user credentials or feeling index metrics are passed to external travel brokers.
  • Compliance with Law: To comply with legal requirements, subpoenas, or to protect the rights and safety of Felt AI.

5. Data Protection Rights
