Terms of Service

01Introduction and Eligibility

Welcome to Felt AI ("we", "us", or "our"), a premium AI‑powered travel concierge platform. By accessing or using the Felt website (http://localhost:3000) or any associated features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18 in certain jurisdictions to bind contractual agreements) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

02Description of Service

Felt is an emotion-based travel inspiration and itinerary planning platform. The Service allows registered users to input emotional states, moods, and travel goals to receive curated travel package suggestions and personalized itineraries.

What Felt Is NOT

Felt is NOT a travel agency, travel agent, tour operator, booking platform, or licensed travel service provider.

  • •We do not directly book, reserve, purchase, or confirm any travel arrangements on your behalf.
  • •All travel bookings are completed independently by you through third-party affiliate partner links (e.g. Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com).
  • •Felt acts solely as an inspirational technology platform and assumes no liability for service fulfillment, pricing changes, or cancellation disputes with travel vendors.

03Subscriptions, Stripe Payments & Cancellations

The Service offers free preview tiering and paid subscription packages (Traveler, Explorer, Founder). All financial transactions and recurring billing cycles are processed securely via Stripe.

  • •Due to immediate raw computational and third-party travel data search costs, all premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases operate under a strict no-refunds policy. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
  • •Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time by navigating to your Account space and opening the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • •Exit-intent promotional discounts ($9.00 first month Traveler trial) are restricted to new accounts and are subject to immediate termination if abused via cyclic cancellations.

04Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All proprietary software, designs, algorithms, graphics, and the Felt Travel Mood Taxonomy / Feeling Fingerprint calibration indices are the sole property of Felt AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to access the Service and view custom-generated travel portfolios.

05Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration

You agree that any and all disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
